I think that sometimes we tend to take our families for granted. I spent some time tonight talking to my cousin on-line, I hadn't talked to him FOREVER and it was so wonderful to connect again! I realized just how much I had missed him and now we will be meeting up in a couple weeks for a visit-I can't wait!
It made me stop and think, what if I hadn't run into him again and something had happened to him? I would have missed out on getting to know this wonderful person in my family as a "grown-up", yes, the last time we really spent time together he was probably 8 or 9 years old! Yikes!
Family is SO important- we should all make aneffort to get back in touch with each other  and appreciate what we have. We tend to lose track of each other as we get older and get busy with life but we forget that we only have this minute for this minute and we should take advantage of every chance we have to spend time with the people we love.
Call someone in your family and tell them you love them, you never know if they will be there tomoorow.
